Constellation for Education

The next generation of space operators starts here.

Students and researchers build on the same physics-grounded forecasts, telemetry, and agents that operators use, with Developer allowances at no cost.

How it works
a = 6,778 kmT ≈ 92 minv ≈ 7.67 km/sSNRfirst pass!

How the program works

  1. 01

Sign up with your school email

Any address at a domain ending in .edu, .ac or .edu with a country code (like .ac.uk or .edu.au), or at a school we list by name.

  2. 02

    Verify it

Enter the code we email you. A verified school address is the whole application.

  3. 03

    Get Developer allowances, free

2,000 live predictions, 300 assistant turns, and 5,000,000 telemetry points a month. No card. Requests stop at the limit and are never billed.

  4. 04

    Build

Create an API key, call the API, or connect an agent. Allowances reset on the 1st of every month (UTC).

Academic access is covered by the Academic Terms.

Who it is for

  • Students

Coursework, theses, and capstones on physics-grounded link and demand forecasts.

  • Researchers

Run experiments against live predictions. Papers, posters, and open-source code are welcome.

  • Clubs and CubeSat teams

Write your satellites, ground stations, and links as telemetry, then forecast link quality before each pass.

  • Courses

Teach space operations on a real API. Each student signs up with their own school email.

Questions

Who is eligible?

Current students, faculty, researchers, and staff with a verified email at an academic institution: a domain ending in .edu, .ac or .edu with a country code, or a school we list by name. One academic account per person.

What happens when I reach the limit?

Further requests of that kind are refused until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month (UTC). Usage past an allowance is never charged, and the academic tier never bills you.

What if I graduate or my school email expires?

Academic access lasts while your account email is a verified academic address. If you change it to one that does not qualify, your account returns to any paid plan you hold, or to the Free plan.

Can I use it for a class?

Yes. Teaching and coursework are what it is for. Each student signs up with their own school email; API keys are not shared between accounts.

Can I use it for research and publish?

Yes, for non-commercial research, including papers, posters, and open-source code. Paid work or a commercial product needs a paid plan.

I already have an account with a personal email.
